PLEASE BE AWARE: these napkins are not in stock. I ordered these napkins on 11/28/23. It is now 2/27/24. I have emailed with the company almost 10 times and each time they say they should skip soon (at first it was they were stuck in customs, now they are being processed by the distributor). I understand companies have supply chain issues, but the lack of transparency here is disrespectful.
I will update this when I receive the napkins.
I probably should’ve looked at the reviews before ordering this back in December. They keep saying they just arrived at the warehouse. We’re sending them out ASAP. Or they were tied up in customs. They think it is 2020-2021 when an excuse like that might have been legit. And yet they still show the item available to order. BUYER BEWARE.
Ordered on 12/4, email from Leeway on 12/12 stating on backorder should ship end of week of 12/20, then GHOSTED! I have emailed, called and emailed again...no response whatsoever?? where are you? where are my napkins?
Never received the order.
I’ve washed them once and die to the hem on the edge they are not as wrinkled as most and the quality of the fabric is very nice.
