Love your set and quality of merchandise. Some items were broken upon arrival and they were replaced promptly. The replacement box came dented in on the top but no breakage of items. I’d highly recommend filling the boxes to the top with filler and consulting with packaging experts.

We saw these dishes on GMA Deals & Steals and was listed as Oprah's Favorite Things and I see why.
Our son just bought a house and we wanted to get him dishes for it, this fit the bill and some. We liked the fact that everything needed to set a table was included so we bought two sets. When the items arrived we were VERY PLEASED with the look and quality. However, in one of the boxes there were two bowls and one wine glass broken. We contacted the company and they responeded immediately with a very nice email to confirm the damage and assuring that replacements would be sent. We received the replacement items the very next day in mint condition.
It is truly a pleasure to deal with a company who cares about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
